Biography
Anneleen Mortier is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University (ECOOM). She obtained her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology in 2017 at Ghent University. She started at ECOOM in 2018 and her research interests include the careers of junior and senior researchers inside and outside academia.
