Biography

Annette Robinson has been an Organisational Developer at Lancaster University since April 2015. Prior to joining Lancaster, she was an Organisational Development Advisor at the University of Liverpool and Staff Learning and Development Officer at Edge Hill University.

Annette is responsible for determining and prioritising the organisational development needs of specific staffing groups and cohorts (including 50th Anniversary Lecturers, Academic Heads of Department, Professional and Technical staff and leaders and managers) and designing appropriate and innovative development solutions to best meet their needs. In addition, she is leading on activity to further develop the coaching activity at Lancaster with the aim creating a coaching culture.
