Biography

Carla Doolan is the Postgraduate Development Co-ordinator at the University of Kent. A Kent graduate in Psychology with a background in human resources, Carla is responsible for coordinating and enhancing the operation of the University's Researcher Development Programme.  Carla works closely with the Dean of the Graduate School and Graduate School Manager on the development of the University's strategy for postgraduate training for doctoral researchers.
