• UK Lifestyle Retailer – developed and led leadership programme and engagement activities delivering improved performance results and employee engagement.
• Deputy HRD responsible for establishing a talent management function and leading the design and delivery of organisation design as part of a cultural transformation including, organisation structure, job design, behaviours and systems and processes.
• Head of ER for global retailer responsible for large scale change and restructuring across distribution, stores and head office functions including buying and merchandising.
• Led HR work stream of new store roll out for food retail and coffee franchises
• Retail management of large global furniture retailer leading productivity improvement project heading up teams of 350-400 people. 
• Global Aerospace Company – led the people work stream of a global transformation of customer services, including organisation design, people strategy, working practices in three regions including Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
• Global Drinks Manufacturer – led the people work stream of changes to the operating model in engineering and support functions, delivering new working practices, engagement activities and workshops and stakeholder management.
