Biography 

Cecilia Stenstrom is the Director Researcher Development, UNSW Australia where she has responsibility for Student Researcher to Research Leader training and development; providing them with diverse opportunities to enhance their discipline specific and professional growth.  In the period between receiving her postgraduate degrees in Environmental Science, Education and Management and her current role Cecilia has developed a proven track record in developing and influencing people effectiveness and culture in large multinationals (IKEA, Volvo, IAG), professional services firms (C&L, KPMG), government and not-for profit enterprises (Sydney Opera House, Australia Council for the Arts, Special Broadcast Service), both internationally and nationally.  In her current role, Cecilia is able to combine her experience of the education and corporate environments to provide some useful insights in to the academic role.
