Biography

Ms. Cristina Borras is the head for Internationalization at AGAUR, a public funding body within the Ministry of Enterprise and Knowledge of the Government of Catalonia.  She counts with over 20 years’ experience in international cooperation and European research project management, both at private and public sectors. She has been engaged to policy and governance, talent attraction, career development, mobility and exchanges and skills trainings initiatives. She is in charge of the Catalan Euraxess network, encouraging the commitment to EU HR policies of the research and university system entities and promoting researcher’s professional career development. She has participated in several FP7 and Horizon2020 projects and is part of the JRC, European Commission ESIF funds working Group and the EUESCADA researcher career development Spanish working group.
