Biography
In 2008, Gabrielle was selected for the University's 'Talent for Leadership' program and currently works as a Senior Lecturer/postdoctoral researcher in the School of Health Studies, having a professional background in physical and mental health nursing. As a research active member of staff, Gabrielle has a keen interest in systematic reviews and is a member of the Bradford Institute for Health Research and the School of Health and International Social Sciences and Management ethics panel. Gabrielle is the School of Health Studies Research and Knowledge Transfer committee vice chair, School Assembly chair and a member of Senate. Gabrielle is also an accredited reviewer of pre-registration nursing programmes for the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Particular interests include knowledge transfer activities and undertaking research with vulnerable and marginalized people. Research interests centre on inclusion and diversity, mental and physical health, systematic reviews and qualitative research methods.
