Biography

Keith is the Researcher Development Adviser at Sheffield Hallam University, where he established and now manages the Sheffield Hallam Researcher Development (SHaRD) programme.  He has previously worked in the areas of: research ethics and integrity, quality assurance, leadership development, and placements and employability.  He co-designed and delivered the award-winning Sheffield Leader (Times Higher Award 2013, UHR Award 2012) and Impact Mentoring (Opportunity Now Award 2011) programmes.  He was originally a researcher in history.
