Biography
Maeve Lankford (BA, MA, PhD, PG Diploma in Coaching Psychology), has over 20 years’ experience of working in people and organisational development in Higher Education in Ireland and England. Having held various managerial roles in HR, Learning & Development and Welfare, her principal expertise lies in leadership and management development, facilitation, action learning, executive coaching, personal development, resilience and wellbeing. Within her role in University College Cork, Maeve has supported the implementation of a number of Researcher-specific training programmes, including the successful Professional Skills for Research Leaders blended programme. She also provides one-to-one coaching to research staff for CV and interview preparation and career development.
Maeve is also the Leadership Foundation Associate in Ireland and an Aurora Champion for University College Cork.
Maeve lives in Killavullen, Co Cork with her husband Andrew and their 3 sons, Eoin, Oisin and Ultan.
