Biography
Dr Sarah Barry, PhD is a research fellow at the Centre for Health Policy and Management, Trinity College Dublin. Her research interests include organisational learning and change in the Irish health system, universal health care, and the experiences of health system managers.
She has coordinated change programmes with a variety of organisations both overseas and in Ireland; she has also been a visiting lecturer at the Milltown Institute of Theology and Philosophy, and at IBAT Business College Dublin.
Sarah is currently Assistant Director, Teaching and Learning for the HRB funded SPHeRE Programme (Structured Population and Health-services Research Education). In this role Sarah leads on creating greater access to population health and health services research education through the development of eLearning and new award options; she is also responsible for working with both scholars and faculty to strengthen a peer-learning approach throughout every aspect of the SPHeRE programme.
