Biography

While completing her her PhD in psychology, Sarah decided that a linear career path might not be for her. Instead, she pursued the aspects of her HE experiences that she found most rewarding: teaching, training and development. Before moving into consultancy, Sarah cut her teeth in researcher development at the University of Sussex and at Vitae. She holds a fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, and is a full member of the British Psychological Society's Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She now designs and delivers a diverse range of development  and coaching programmes for institutions and individuals across the south east. Sarah is working towards the Institute of Leadership & Management Diploma (L5) in Coaching and Mentoring.
