Biography

One aspect of Tracy's present role is to support researcher development training over the four UCA campuses. This has led to experimenting with webinars over the last two years, as one way to increase researcher development training opportunities at UCA. Previously she has worked in developing Student Enterprise at the University of Kent and as Postgraduate Development Advisor at Kent's Graduate School.

The Research Office, as a team of three (Nino Nizharadze R&D Manger, Elizabeth Baxter R&E Officer and myself) also run the UCA blog on REF2021 (ucaref.wordpress.com) and the Research Office twitter feed @ucaroffice, aiming to get our researchers REF-ready.
