Biography

Dr Ursula Justus has been working as scientific coordinator of the university-wide graduate school of Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Germany) for 8 years. She organizes personal development training for about 800 doctoral researchers a year in the doctoral programme of the graduate school and offers advising for early career researchers. Ursula is qualified as a professional coach and holds the responsibility of an Ombudsman for early career researchers. She gained her PhD in Philology and worked as postdoctoral researcher on Russian literature and culture.
