Dr James Fenwick

Dr. James Fenwick is Associate Professor in the Department of Culture and Media at Sheffield Hallam University. His research focus is film and media history and archive studies. He is the co-founder of several national interdisciplinary research networks, including the Archive Research Community, which brings together researchers from across career stages and disciplines and archivists from universities, museums, cultural institutions, and local authorities. He has served as an ECR representative at Sheffield Hallam University, been involved in researcher development activity, co-designed and led mentoring schemes, and served on Sheffield Hallam University’s Research Concordat Operations Group (RCOG).
