Dr. Katherine Deane

Biography

Dr Katherine Deane is Associate Professor in Health Sciences and Access Ambassador to the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich. She is also a wheelchair user with a variety of disabilities. She conducts research on the co-created management of long-term conditions and disabilities. Over the last 8 years she has worked to make UEAs campus one of the most accessible in the UK. She has created a suite of disability access guides designed for work in laboratories.
