Dr. Neelam Wright

Biography

Neelam Wright recently joined the Doctoral college professional development team in the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) at the University of Southampton. Neelam's breadth of experience covers professional services, teaching & research across several UK HEIs. She is a cross-disciplinary trainer, cross-cultural theorist & EDI champion. She is engaged in several innovative projects that address structural inequalities, intersectionality, inclusive doctoral education and diversity in HE.
