Biography

Head of Researcher Development Unit and Head of Ethics and Integrity Unit, University of Central Lancashire. Worked in the HE environment for nearly 30 years,  Current focus in researcher development -  integrating the Academic Professional Apprenticeship (Research route) with and around CPD for the entire academic community who wish to develop research portfolio, and looking at models of professional accreditation.  Emma is a Philosophy/English major graduate, with additional qualifications in Person Centred Therapy, and a love of anything feathered, furry or finned.
