Gillian Southgate
Biography
Gillian has worked in the NHS for over 30 years and the last 10 years have been focused on supporting the development of clinical academic careers for nurses, midwives and allied health professionals.
Gillian works strategically to enable individuals, groups and organisations to come together to develop networks and communities of practice that create the right culture for health and social care research to develop and flourish.
