Biography
Helen has over 15 years’ experience working in training and staff development in the education sector. With a background in libraries, Helen has a keen interest in all aspects of information and digital literacy, and in supporting staff and students in their development. Helen’s current role at Jisc is to provide advice and guidance as a subject specialist for scholarly communications.
Helen is the lead author for “Teaching information literacy: 101 practical tips” and series editor for the “Practical Tips for Library and Information Professionals” series (the first in the series is “Practical tips for facilitating research” by Moira Bent).
