Biography 

Helen Hampson manages the Researcher Development Programme at the University of Sussex. The blended-learning programme supports doctoral researchers to successfully complete their doctorate and prepare for their future. Based within the Doctoral School and working with colleagues across the university, Helen manages the development of the programme of workshops, online modules and webinars. She also oversees the Researcher-Led Initiative fund which supports peer-led professional development activities, and is involved in several projects aimed at improving the doctoral researcher experience.
