Before undertaking my current position as HR Consultant and Project Manager at the University of Copenhagen in the office of HR and Organizational Development, working primarily with projects on researcher career development and leadership development, I worked as an HR Consultant in the private sector. I hold a Bachelor and Master's degree in European Ethnology (cand.mag) and a degree in Organizational Psychology and Group Dynamics.
