John is a Research Staff Developer at Lancaster University, a world-leading research-intensive Higher Education Institution based in the North West. He has a background in innovation, design and design policy – and as a researcher has worked on European-funded design innovation projects. John brings this experience to his role supporting research staff through the implementation of the Vitae Researcher Concordat across the institution. He is active in the support and development of Lancaster University’s Research Staff Association.
