Kasia Bronk-Zaborowska

Biography

Kasia Bronk-Zaborowska is the Academic and Research Development Manager in Organisational Development, UCL. Kasia has been working in researcher development since completing her fellowship in cultural heritage in 2012. She built her experience over the years working as a transferable skills trainer, academic development advisor and strategic consultant. In her current role, she leads UCL leadership development programmes for Early Career Researchers and Principal Investigators, researcher induction programmes, and blended learning strategies to support researchers. She also leads on mentoring, coaching and 360 degree feedback specifically tailored to academic and researcher communities.
