Kate Tapper is a Programme Director, Facilitator and Coach who empowers academics to overcome the people-problems that can inhibit collaborations. She specialises in academic leadership and has partnered with universities across the UK on researcher development programmes for over ten years, with clients including University of Bristol, University College London, Kings College London and University of Reading. Kate has particular expertise in understanding how personality differences impact academic working relationships and translates insights from many years using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to the research environment.
