Biography 

Martin currently provides Career Management services for PhD students, at the University of Leicester, a role which he has held for the past six years. Prior to this he lead teams in consulting interventions for multinational clients, on behalf of Dove Nest Management Training. Between February 2002 and May 2008 he combined a 0.5 FTE-time role as MSc Course Director for Occupational Psychology at the University of Leicester with running his own Occupational Psychology practise. This reflects Martins broader career within which he has held a number of academic roles, involving both teaching and research and also professional roles which involved utilising my knowledge, skills and abilities on behalf of a range of clients.
Martin has a passion for the enabling the effective development of people, in their pursuit of career satisfaction. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
