Natacha Wilson, founder of Cambridge Insights, is a leadership development consultant specialising in transformative leadership and innovative cultures in intensive research environments. She works with researchers in Academia and beyond and creates tailored development programmes, which combined 21st century skills, mindsets, and wisdom. Her mission is to support “leaders in the making”, solve global challenges and create a greater world. She is on the Advisory Board of Form the Future and a mentor on the The Future Leaders Fellow Development Networks.
