Biography

Dr Natalia Dave Coll works at the International and Scientific Affairs office and is responsible for the preparation and successful management of EU projects coordinated by the CRG. Before switching to scientific management, Natalia spent 10+ years as a researcher in various fields of biophysics, proteomics and molecular biology and taught courses at universities and high schools. As a project manager, Natalia has gained a comprehensive expertise on gender equality in life science research. In addition to her time coordinating the LIBRA project, she helped to establish the Mujeres x Africa Foundation - CRG alliances and participated in several international workshops and conferences about gender in research environments.
