Peter Bregendahl is a certified psychologist with an MSc in Psychology and specialized in organisational psychology. He is the co-author and editor of a book about Lang, Little & Cronen’s “Domains of Action” as a consultative tool (2008)

Through his career Peter has worked with leadership development, mainly in public administration, and since 2009 at the University of Copenhagen (UCPH). During his time at UCPH he specialised in academic leadership and research management and has developed tools e.g. GPDR (group performance and development review) for academic staff, which is a template for small groups of researchers to investigate how many common goals they might have and whether it would be useful to join forces to create synergies and form a basis for further collaboration for the benefit of the group and for society.
