Biography

Professor Julia Connell is Director, Researcher Development at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and an adjunct Professor of Management, Curtin Business School, Curtin University. She has held a number of other roles such as Associate Dean Postgraduate, Associate Dean International, Chair of Research and Dean of Graduate Studies as well as visiting Professor in a number of different countries. Julia has published over 60 refereed journal articles and co-edited 5 books related to employment, change and organisational effectiveness. She has lived in 3 countries, taught in 11 and consulted for a number of organisations in the public and private sectors.
