Biography

Rachel is currently the Research and Evaluation Project Manager at CRAC, and manages a range of commissioned research and evaluation projects in the higher education sector. Prior to this she worked as a Research Fellow in the Centre for Development and Research in Education at Sheffield Hallam University. Her doctorate is in the field of gender equality in higher education, focusing on the career aspirations of  women doctoral students. She is an experienced qualitative researcher, and her research interests are around gender, academic identity development and belonging within academic spaces.
