Rosie Wadman

Biography 

Rosie joined the Centre for Higher Education Practice at the University of Southampton in 2021, following five years supporting researchers in a post-92 institution. She leads the staff-facing professional development programme for research and knowledge exchange. Rosie has a passion for participatory facilitation and leadership, with a particular interest in the impact of building healthy and vibrant communities and culture in our uncertain times.
