Biography 

Sandy Sparks is the Learning & Development Consultant for Research Active Staff (RAS) at the University of Warwick. Sandy has experience of both private & public sector, with HE experience since 1994. She has both UK & international experience. She is passionate about, and committed to creating engaging training and development, in order to build the capacity of staff. Sandy leads the Warwick Research Active Staff Learning & Development Provision that covers themes including: Leadership Development, Career Development, Skills Development, Equality & Diversity, Enterprise/ Entrepreneurship and Impact. Sandy is a freelance facilitator, British Council trainer, coach & mentor, mediator and undertakes consultancy on a wide range of HR & L&D areas.
