Biography

Dr Saneeya Qureshi is an internationally recognised expert in the field of Researcher Development and Research Culture. Her expertise lies in fostering strategic, innovative and inclusive approaches that celebrate and nurture the breadth and diversity of research talent. As Head of Researcher Development and Culture at the University of Liverpool, she provides strategic direction and leads teams which support the development of researchers, academics and research-enabling individuals across all disciplines, at all career stages. On a global platform, she represents Early Career Researchers’ interests on the European Educational Research Association’s Council, facilitating global researcher development opportunities and collaborations.
