Sarah Cronin is the Organisational Development Programmes Coordinator at Bournemouth University.  Along with her team, she supports staff from across BU who deliver development opportunities to their colleagues.  Sarah’s role is to act as the first point of contact for facilitators and, using her organisational knowledge that comes with a central service role, provides guidance on the effective organisation, promotion and evaluation of developmental events.
