Stephanie is Head of Research within Research & Enterprise at the University of Lincoln supporting the institution in establishing a research and enterprise culture. Stephanie leads the Research and Income Generation Support team, which blends a traditional research office and a technology transfer function in developing the University’s research environment and income portfolio, in line with University strategy. External to the University Stephanie plays a role in strategy and policy development through active involvement in defining the Innovation agenda for our Local Enterprise Partnership and is a member of the Research Organisation Consultation Group which advises the Research Councils on all aspects of research funding administration and policy.

Stephanie has been a member of ARMA's Membership Services Committee. She was co-opted to ARMA's Board of Directors in 2016, and has now taken up the new position of Director of Stakeholder Engagement. Stephanie will be responsible for developing relationships with external stakeholders, and making sure the Association continues to meet the needs of its members.
