Tracey Stead

Biography

Tracey is a trainer, facilitator and coach, with over 20 years experience of academia and research. She runs a successful consultancy, working across the UK and internationally, specialising in leadership development of researchers at all career stages. Her role in the FLF Development Network is to provide a responsive and diverse programme of leadership training and events to meet the needs of emerging and future research leaders. She commissions and curates online training, facilitates our in-person leadership retreats and coordinates the coaching provision (including designing a bespoke 360 feedback model for emerging research leaders).
