Over the last 22 years, he has designed and delivered training, coaching and consulting programmes for Fortune 100 innovation teams, top universities & research centres and economic development agencies in the UK, US, Europe and Canada. As the CTO & Head of Programme Development at Skillfluence, Zach has designed skills development programmes that have been delivered to over 15,000 researchers at more the 75 universities. Zach is passionate about high-quality instructional design, experiential learning and helping release the full problem-solving potential of university researchers to solve the world’s most pressing challenges.
