When asked what they'd do differently as a result of attending this event, participants said:

I'll develop a plan on how I respond to stakeholders rather than just being ad hoc.

I will use Vitae webpages more [and] be more creative when planning events.

My 'take home' message is to practice what I preach by focusing on my own professional development.

I think the day will have an impact on how I go about certain tasks and has made me feel alot happier about the additional work I have been tasked with.
