14.00	Vitae update Clare Viney, CEO, CRAC/Vitae Update on recent policy developments across the UK and Europe including: Review of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers HR Excellence in Research Award Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021) UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Academic Apprenticeship/Vitae International Researcher Impact of Brexit CRAC Research update Arts and Humanities report Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss the changing landscape of researcher development, taking into account local to international influence
14.30	Open discussion of interests and priorities Participants are invited to help shape the Vitae programme for 2017/18 by discussing their interests and raising priority topics for consideration This session will also include a recap of how members shaped the 2016/17 programme.
