Scotland and Northern Ireland Part-time Researcher Conference
The fifth annual conference boasts an exciting programme of workshops and sessions relating to training and development, delivered by specialist HEI staff tailored to part-time researcher needs. This includes plenary sessions, workshops covering essential aspects of being a part-time researcher, and current hot topics.
This one day event is popular with postgraduate researchers, staff supporting researcher development, research staff, supervisors and research managers. The aims of the conference are to provide an opportunity to network with colleagues from diverse research areas and universities, develop professional skills, consider future careers, and receive valuable advice, support and information from service providers at universities across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
All participants will be part-time researchers; postgraduate and research staff, at universities across Scotland and Northern Ireland. This includes those registered for professional doctorates or distance learning research degrees.
