Day 1 at 15:30 - In 2011 at the end of the period of ring-fenced funding and as part of the transition to the sustainability of researcher development, RCUK invited institutions to describe the institutional impact of the Roberts ring-fenced funding of researcher development and ongoing institutional strategies for researcher development. The subsequent summary of the key messages was to provide the basis for the RCUK review in 2013 of the impact of the revised funding arrangements and their operation.
