Working Together for Greater International Recognition
National research staff associations have been formed in a number of countries in order to represent the needs of researchers at the national level. Considering the increasing need for researcher international mobility, there has been discussion concerning whether a need for an international association to help disseminate best practice exists. In this workshop, we will provide an overview of the International Consortium of Research Staff Associations (ICoRSA) (i.e., what it is, what it does, where it sits in relation to other organisations). We will then divide into small group discussions to discuss how ICoRSA could benefit you and what you would like to see the organization become. We will then hear some feedback from the group discussions.
