Cancellation terms

Booking conditions
Vitae is required to commit to venue costs in advance of the event. Therefore conference fees must be paid prior to arrival.
If you cancel your place:
  • six weeks before the conference, a full refund will be made
  • between six and four weeks before the conference, a refund will be made less 25% of your participant fee + VAT
  • between four and two weeks before the conference, a refund will be made less 50% of your participant fee + VAT
  • less than two weeks prior to the conference, no refund will be made but substitutions will still be accepted.
Additional information
  • All bookings must be paid in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice
  • With all conference options, no discounts or refunds will be paid where participants choose not to take advantage of the included meals, receptions etc
  • The conference packages cannot be split. The full conference package must be attended by the same person including the dinner
  • All cancellations and amendments must be made via email to the events team
  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the conference our liability shall be restricted to repayment of booking fees.
