The increased competition for post-doctoral positions across the world is changing the jobs market. We will present some findings from our career pathways survey which had over 5,000 respondents to drive our interactive session. We will share insights from our international recruiters and career development experts via video to start a discussion on how can we better support researchers in this changing job market. |
