Workshop overview:

The workshop will use two L&D initiatives for research staff and explore how their impact was measured. The session will discuss impact and how researcher developers can show return on investment, in light of the challenges on delivering more and having less resources.

As researcher developers, there's no shortage of ideas, with little measurement of effectiveness of the L&D initiatives. There is little shared experience and knowledge on how to evidence impact.
