Abstract |
The University of Salford has developed three year plans for the researcher community to map out the training they need to achieve their short and long term aims and ambition. The plans provide training and development data that can be used to develop a bespoke approach to researcher training. Initially, the plan data enables better sign-posting to training that's already taking place across the University but eventually will facilitate more tailored communications about development opportunities. The training needs information will be used to create and shape the training for the next academic year and plan appropriate resource to support academic development over the next three years.
