| Abstract |
This poster reflects on where we are currently at UCL, what is and isn’t working and where change is needed. It considers the role of institutional strategy, the new Research Strategy and postdoctoral researchers themselves, as well as our commitment to them going forward and the changes we propose. I also make some recommendations and suggestions which go further than is currently planned, but which I would like to see piloted and explored at UCL or elsewhere. |
