| Abstract |
Over the past year Vitae has set up a number of working groups around specific topics with the aim of influencing the global research environment and giving members an opportunity to engage with a wide range of colleagues who have a stake in the policy and practice of researcher development. The CPD for Researcher Developers Working Group has specifically been looking at how to enhance Professional Development for Researcher Developers, using the Career Framework for Researcher Developers as a tool to do this (www.vitae.ac.uk/cfrd).
