#VitaeCon2023 Draft programme
We are excited to launch the preliminary programme for the online and in-person elements of the Vitae International Researcher Development Conference 2023 - #VitaeCon2023.
Across both the online and in-persons elements of #VitaeCon2023 there will be a total of 8 different plenaries stemming from the main #VitaeCon2023 themes, our 'Voice of the researcher’ plenary will include contributions from current doctoral researchers and research staff. Our 'What needs to change in the research policy landscape? plenary will include contributions on European and UK policy contexts.
Frances Burstow Director of Talent and Skills, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) will open the online element of the conference and George Freeman MP, Minister of State for the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) will be opening the in-person element of the conference.
Over the course of the 4 days we have included 7 slots for our ever popular parallel community workshops and 2 slots for our special interest sessions. Participants will be able to review and book onto sessions in the next coming weeks.
Throughout the programme there will be opportunities for networking time as well as an introductory session to Vitae on the 6 & 25 September for any participants who are new to Vitae.
