Choosing a good example of practice

The sharing of practice is a key pillar to the implementation of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researcher. A good example of practice is one which inspires innovation in implementation of the Concordat Principles. It should be transferable to a variety of different contexts and it should include some form of evaluation to demonstrate the impact of the actviity.

Making your example as useful to others as possible

In order to make your example of practice as useful as possible for readers, here are some key things to consider:

  •  Make it concise and accessible, spelling out acronyms and avoid jargon
  •  Demonstrate its relevant to the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers by mapping to  the Principles
